Glitch

I love this game but can no longer play due to a glitch apparently. I am on level 239 and cannot continue because I was not given enough letters to complete the word. I got the first 2 words and my last word requires 6 letters, however, I only have 5. Not sure what to do at this point. It was great up until now!
